Presentations and posters

ORAL PRESENTATIONS may last 15 minutes, they will be followed by a discussion of 5 minutes. It is recommended to install the presentations in advance to avoid any technical problems. They should be up-loaded in the computers available in conference rooms at least 15 minutes before the beginning of each session. The files should be delivered to the responsible persons for a given conference room.

POSTERS will be displayed in separate rooms of the venue. Poster should be printed by authors. The maximum dimensions of the poster should not exceed 96 cm (width) and 120 cm (height). In order to fit the poster board, your poster should not exceed the recommended size. The name and affiliation of each author must be clearly visible. The Organizing Committee will provide all materials necessary to affix posters.

POSTERS contents may be presented at the end of related thematic session (see below) in the room of the session, i.e. not by the poster itself. Every thematic session has allocated time for these flash presentations (cca. 2 minutes each, 1-2 slides), but the number of flash presentations will depend on the total available time. Students researchers will have a special area for their posters. Each participant will receive material to vote them for posters awards.

At the end of the POSTER/ORAL PRESENTATION, please include 1-2 conclusions for representatives of policy, management and practice if applicable to the topic of the presentation.

Please prepare at least 10 copies of a 1-page summary of the POSTER results to make them available for interested participants during the Forum Carpaticum 2016.
