Call for abstracts

Forum Carpaticum 2016 is an international meeting of scientists, representatives from policy, economy and management, doctoral students, and practitioners interested in the Carpathian Mountains.


Proposed contributions should address to the main theme of the conference.

The conference will offer plenary and parallel sessions, workshops, and poster presentations. The conference will organize a posters awards session for the best students research under the topic "Future of the Carpathians".

The language of the conference is English.

You are invited to submit:

  • extended abstracts for oral presentations (up 4000 characters including spaces);
  • posters' abstracts (up 2000 characters including spaces). 


Abstract submission: April 15, 2016; Workshops May 15, 2016 (download abstracts from workshop page)
Notification on the abstract acceptation: May 15-June 1, 2016

Full-papers: November 30, 2016

The Forum Carpaticum 2016 Scientific Board reserves the right to select contributions for oral or poster presentation.
High-quality submissions will be accepted for a peer-reviewed publication.
